2. Service Delivery
Upon confirmation of payment, project onboarding begins according to the agreed timeline. Delivery of our services may include:
- Access to a staging or live website hosted on our proprietary platform;
- Publication of a completed website to a client-owned domain;
- Activation of hosting, maintenance, or related digital services.
Estimated delivery timelines will be discussed during the project planning stage and may vary depending on project size, client responsiveness, and customization requirements.
3. Delays and Client Responsibilities
Project timelines depend on timely receipt of required materials and approvals from the client. EXNP Inc / MiPharmacy is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, unapproved drafts, or incomplete information.
4. Completion and Handover
Once the project is completed and approved by the client, access to the live website will be provided. All domain names and client-provided content remain the property of the client and may be released upon request if the service is discontinued, while the platform framework remains the property of EXNP Inc / MiPharmacy.
5. Modifications and Updates
After delivery, clients may request updates or ongoing maintenance as part of a service agreement or through separate arrangements. Delivery times for such requests depend on the scope and nature of the changes.
